Handicare Pack Provide the service of Fumigation Certification License, it was carried under the Provisions of the HYDROGEN CYANIDE (FUMIGATION) ORDINANCE ACT 1953 of West Malaysia as amened by the HYDROGEN CYANIDE (FUMIGATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1978.
